Kevin’s home is well appointed, nicely decorated and incredibly well provisioned with some extra welcoming touches. It’s truly walkable to the beach and town and Kevin could not have been a more helpful and accessible. Great spot. Hoping to return.”

“Great home, very clean, very convenient, well-appointed and comfortable. Super nice host, Kevin, communicated perfectly. It was just a touch too far to walk to Footbridge Beach with our young son and all our stuff, but we managed it with the bike trailer etc.”

“This was a great stay! Very walkable with multiple restaurants within a minute or two walk and to the nearest trolley stop. Under a mile walk to plenty more, yet far enough away that traffic didn’t backup too much or make it loud. The Airbnb was spotless clean & included so many helpful amenities, including ample beach gear, umbrellas, a well stocked kitchen to cook in (and snacks that were much appreciated), washer/dryer, sunscreen, and shower supplies. The listing was very accurately described. The host was extremely responsive when we had questions & the instructions were all very clear. Our stay included 3 adults and 2 babies and we found it to be a cozy, suitable place to stay on our vacation.”

The cottage was stocked and very clean. We were very comfortable. We walked everywhere we went into downtown Ogunquit. Everything is very accessible. Instructions for everything were so clear and thorough. Kevin was the best host and the cottage was just what we wanted. We will 100% be back. Cannot recommend this stay enough. You will not regret booking with Kevin.”

“A Charming Coastal Cottage indeed! The cottage matched the images perfectly. Super cozy, and at the same time luxurious! The bath towels were so soft, soaps rich, and each room’s temperature was easily adjusted. Kevin himself was super responsive, offering recommendations and even pointing out an athletic center when I had trouble searching on my own. Cherry on top were the water bottles in the fridge and welcome basket; after a drunken night out of blasting our vocal cords at the Piano Bar, the snacks and cold water rejuvenated us! Would highly recommend this listing for anyone looking to visit Ogunquit. Very accommodating and well stocked!”

It’s in walking distance of many restaurants and right next door to a great ice cream place. Kevin was friendly and quick to respond when we had questions. I highly recommend booking here and hope to return one day myself!”

“Kevin was a great and very responsive host. The cottage is quaint and cozy. Ogunquit is busy with tourists and there are neighbors close by, however Kevin offered noise canceling devices to mitigate the sound. Kevin provided local snacks, blueberries, soda, and baked goods when we arrived in addition to a cart, beach chairs, towels, etc. for the beach. Kevin was very responsive and even offered to mail my son’s phone back that was left.”
